Oven Baked Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

1 butternut squash, peeled, cored and cut into pieces (cube if you want it to cook faster)

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 tsp. Kosher Salt 

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning 

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary, stripped and chopped

dash of ground black pepper

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (just a note, my oven runs hot). Peel and cut squash and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Add more oil if it feels dry. Bake on a baking sheet for 12-18 minutes or when it’s soft and a fork can pierce it easily. Mix the squash halfway through its cooking time to ensure even tenderness. Enjoy!
