Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
6 ice cubes
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (or suggested scoop amount on label per cup of liquid)
8-10 spinach leaves, kale or power greens
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. oats
1/2 or whole banana ( can substitute with 1/4 avocado)
dash of cinnamon
Blend till smooth
makes 2-3 cups / 2 servings
